Adjusting a timeline for the sake of the resolution.

Happy New Year! Everyone. 2010 is here.
As far as I am concern, Everyone of us has a new year's resolution. To double that, we often made some list or things to do and hoping we can follow it and achieved it on our own manner. The only problem is a discipline, control to make a possible way to reach this.
I have finally reached my first resolution. To buy a new video card for my computer. I got a 2500 php reserving to buy a video card. Probably only a 512 mb.
my lame 128 mb video card is so darn tired to work, making my computer "a-charcoal- operated- cheap computer."with already installed games, I was pressure to buy one. To try some new mmorpg game with a "kung fu asian martial arts theme game". I once said "i am sticking to a futurristic, alternate, post apocalyptic game", but I am still human right? I made mistakes. I was now looking for more serene, more calm, which I found an Asian kung fu martial arts theme would be the best choice.

I can't deny i still love to play these games. Even though, I was a former addict, i am trying to control not distrubing my social interactions and my newly developed hobbies.(which a proper time management seems more applicable) I am kinda trying to be a fan. A moderate normal average fan.

So the question now is, how can i adjust my time? It looks like difficult to adjust because of school uneven schedule. I am planning to be fair, just to do what a normal college student to do, studying in a simple way. Not to much pressure, need to relax from the stressful studies.
So i think the time would be at night, at weekends. Even maybe on break time. I had think some flaws if I eventually put my schedule ahead of me. One would be, I'll be stressful again, no time for other things. I am hoping on the game, I will be playing on there would be some break like fishing on Dragon Oath/Tlbb, where you can just leave your character to go on fishing, then earning some gold coins afterwards. In a simple note, I needed a game, whose the game play, is offering some "waiting patiently resulting to a certain benefit afterwards." It is very useful in adjusting you time management.

For now my problem I would be encountering is where I can buy a affordable, reasonable, high quality video card for my desktop.:/
